dc.description.abstract | In the leaf extracts of Jatropha elbae Jimenez Ramirez, J. malacophylla Stand, J. tlalcozotitlanensis Jimenez Ramirez and J. galvani Jimenez et Contreras, an evaluation of the main groups of secondary metabolites was carried out and their chromatographic profiles were determined. In the four species, alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenes and steroids, and glycosides were detected. Saponines were only found in J: galvani. the coefficients of association of the species were calculated from their chromatographic profiles and a pattern of similitude was established from the matrix analysis of the coeficients. | en_US |
